In mid February, you’ll see some significant changes to our Technical Support. To help you get the answers you need when you need them, we’re launching a new support system!
In the new system, you’ll be able to find the articles that really match what you’re looking for, thanks to a better search function. The articles are also sorted by category and you can rate each article to let us know whether it helped you.
We’ll also be able to gather more information when you submit a question. This will help us resolve your problem faster, by getting all the details right up front and reducing the amount of messages going back and forth.
Once we’ve switched over to the new system, you’ll still have access to your support history on the old system until June 1, 2009. If there is anything in your support history you want to keep, make sure to copy it to your own computer before June 1st.
