It seems that some of you are having trouble with the image uploader since the upgrade – and it generally comes down to upgrading your Flash plugin. To do so, visit http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and then restart your browser.
If it’s still not working after upgrading Flash, clear your browser cache and cookies. Here are instructions: http://websitesupport.ebsuite.com/supportfaqd.jsp?id=1728. When you finish, restart your browser.
If you continue to have trouble after this, contact Support and include:
- a screenshot of what you’re seeing when the problem occurs
- which version of Flash you’re using – just go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and find the version number in the box on the right above the table
- what browser and version of it you're using
