In trying to improve our service to customers, we tried working with a different email provider but from the feedback we received plus our own experience on the backend, it was decided to roll back these changes.
During the time we were with the new email provider, some customers reported delays in receiving order notifications, feedback form notifications and other system emails sent by us. In some cases, the delays were so long that the emails came back to us and did not get delivered. You should see an improvement now that we've reverted back.
