UPDATE 11/18: The outage from our shipping calculator provider appears to be resolved. Our team will monitor the situation for any further issues.
We are currently experiencing an outage with our integrated shipping calculator that is preventing customers from selecting a shipping option at checkout. As a result, customers may not be able to complete their checkout. UPS, USPS and FedEx shipping methods are affected.
As a temporary fix to allow customers to check out, you can add Custom Shipping Rates (Edit Store > Shopping Cart > Custom Shipping Rates) which will be offered at checkout. Be advised these are flat rates (per order, per item, or per unit of weight) so your shipping costs will need to be approximated in order to use this feature.
