Want a backup record of your orders?

We’re “upgrading” the order notification email (the optional email sent to you when you receive an order) to include all the order’s details.

This is just one of the measures we’re taking as a follow up to last week's technical hiccup. By saving these emails, you'll make sure you always have an easily accessible record of your order details.

To make sure you receive these emails, go to ‘Edit Store’ -> ‘Payment Processing’ and enter your email address under ‘Email Notification / Customer Email Receipts’.

Tip:
If you’re worried about cluttering your inbox, most email programs allow you to set up filters which can automatically sort specific emails into a separate folder.
