If you are having trouble downloading your email through your email program (ie. Outlook), try restarting your computer. If you continue to have trouble downloading your email, contact Support.
You can also access your messages through webmail instead of your email program. For instructions on accessing webmail, sign in to your website, click ‘Help’, then search “webmail”.
