This message is a notice to clients of WebsiteDynamics of a minor upcoming change in the way we process payments related to your website.
Currently, and for the last several years, all charges related to your website (including regular website subscription fees, domain renewals, and other miscellaneous charges) have appeared on your credit card statement under the name “WEBSITEDYNAMICS.COM”.
Due to the upcoming change of payment processors, all charges related to your website from July 30th, 2026 forward will appear on your credit card statement under the name “EZPROVIDER NETWORKS INC”.
WebsiteDynamics has been a subsidiary of EZProvider Networks since 2022, so this is simply a minor administrative change related to the service we use to process your credit card payments behind the scenes. There are no changes in the amount you are being charged, or your billing cycle.
As there is technically a change in who is processing your payments, customers may require their banks or credit card providers to re-approve their subscription charges, particularly customers located outside of Canada. If your website subscription payment is unexpectedly declined after the transition, please contact your bank and request that they re-approve charges from EZPROVIDER NETWORKS INC. If you experience any issues whatsoever with billing as a result of the change, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at customerservice@websitedynamics.com or through our support portal at websitesupportblog.com, who will help keep your website active while the issue is resolved.
Please be advised that credit card chargebacks issued as a result of this change will result in your website being temporarily cancelled, and will incur a website reactivation fee as this is charged to us when a chargeback is received.
