We are currently experiencing an issue with our integrated USPS shipping calculator that may result in your customers being unable to select a shipping service at checkout, and as a result they may be unable to complete a purchase. This may occur if USPS is the only shipping option you offer, or if USPS is the only valid shipping option available due to the customer’s address or the dimensions/weight of items in the order.

As we utilize a 3rd party service for our shipping calculators, we are working with them to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, as a temporary solution, we recommend either enabling other carrier options (such as UPS or FedEx), or use Custom Shipping Rates to approximate your USPS shipping options.
