To help you charge more accurate pricing for order shipping, we’re upgrading our shipping feature!
Along with allowing you to offer FedEx, the new shipping feature will help you:
- Get more accurate shipping pricing through specific shipping settings, including entry points, flat rate shipping, and delivery options
- Mass manage your shipping information for specific products, including weight, package dimensions, and “Ship From” locations
- Apply an account discount or handling fee for your chosen carrier
Your current shipping settings will be transferred into the new feature when it is launched. To make sure your shipping calculations are as accurate as possible, we suggest that you adjust your carrier options once the new feature is available.
If You Have Multiple “Originating Zip Codes” Set Up
Within the setup of the new feature, only one default zip code can be applied. If you have different codes for your USPS and UPS shipping, we suggest you apply the same code to both carriers before the shipping feature is launched or one code will be selected for you. Following the launch, you can edit your “Ship From” codes at a product level through the inventory feature.
