To cancel your website, click on ‘Account’ on the top right -> ‘Billing’. The option to cancel is on the right-hand side.
If the cancel date is within 30 days of converting your site to paid, we will automatically issue your refund.
Refunds are batched every few days. Due to normal bank processingtimes, it takes about 5-10 business days for the credit to appear in youraccount, from the time it was refunded.
