- Click ‘Tools’ -> ‘Accounts Settings’.
- In the ‘Account Settings’ window, select ‘E-mail’ -> click ‘New…’.
- Select ‘Microsoft Exchange Server, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP’, and click ‘Next >’.
- Check ‘Manually configure server settings’ and click ‘Next >’.
- Select ‘Internet E-mail’ and click ‘Next >’.

- Check ‘Remember Password’ and click ‘Next >’.
- Click on ‘More Settings…’
- Under Outgoing Server, make sure that ‘My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication’ is checkmarked and click ‘OK’.
