- Click on ‘Create a new account’.
- Select ‘Email account’ and click ‘Next’.
- Enter the following and click ‘Next’.
Your Name: [name that will be seen by email recipients]
Email Address: [your email address]
- Use these settings and click ‘Next’.

- For Incoming User Name enter your email address. Click ‘Next’.
- For Account Name, enter the name you would like to use to refer to this account. Click on ‘Next’.
- You will get a summary of your information. It should be as follows:
Account Name: [name you want to use as your reference for your account]
Email Address: [your email account]
Incoming User Name: [your email address]
Incoming Server Name: mail.b.hostedemail.com
Incoming Server Type: POP3
Outgoing User Name: [your email address]
Outgoing Server Name (SMTP): mail.b.hostedemail.com - Click ‘Finish’ to set up your account.
