If images aren’t working, it’s often because of one of the following reasons:
- Your image was larger than the maximum 640 x 640 pixels.
- Your image was not in one of our guaranteed to work formats: .jpg, or .gif. Other formats may or may not work.
- Your image is saved with a filename that contains characters which our software cannot process or process incorrectly. Please try renaming your image file with only letters, numbers, underscores and no spaces.
- Your image has an error in it that it is preventing it from showing.
If your image still doesn’t work, you’re welcome to submit a support request with your image attached.
