Confirming PayPal Orders (ebooks)

Once your customer completes their order through PayPal, they are given the option of returning to your site – you don’t have to direct PayPal to send them back to your download page.

Instead, you need to:

1. Click ‘Edit Store’ tab.
2. Click ‘Orders’.
3. Click in the Order ID Number.
4. Under PayPal Charge Status, change the status to ‘PayPal full confirmation’.
5. Once you’ve done that, your customer will receive an email with the link to your download page, along with their login information to access the files.
